• Handling USA Inbound & Outbound Process – Rates, project shipment planning & execution• Developing Inbound / Imports trade lane from China to India, especially North India• Negotiating freight rates with Shipping Lines on Pan India level.• Developing relationship with the co-loaders & domestic transportation vendors.Specializations: - Break-bulk & Special Projects.

Primarily involved in the newly set-up operations for Sharaf Companies of Kuwait. Demarcated the market of Kuwait cargo-wise, visiting the clients to introduce our new companies & services, delegation of different locations to the sales team, developing import business strategies for boosting the sales as it was a takeover of company’s brand & operations from an existing company. Handling a sales team of 7 sales executives & Sr. executives. Directly reporting to the Group General Manager based in Kuwait.3 months spent in software training cum Gulf market experience at Dubai followed by 2 months in Kuwait.

 Generating Sales into the North Indians ICD offices, acting as the Rate approval center for all the North Indian ICD’s Sales dept.  Negotiating rates with the Rate centers in Japan/FE, London/EUR and Kuala Lumpur/HQ offices with the Trade Managers for contract accounts. Global communications with all Trade Lane Managers. Supervisory role for Equipment control and repositioning within North India for both supply as well as depletion of equipment stocks to maintain “JIT” inventory. SUPER-USER & TRAINER for North India, responsible for training all North Indian ICD’s office staff on a regular basis on the updated versions of the new Global Liner software with respect to – Sales, Customer Service, Equipment control, Documentation, slot allocation on vessels in the Liner consortium. Handling trouble-shooting and liaison with the Head office of MISC, KL with the SEALINER GLOBAL SOFTWARE DESK for better methodology of training as well as time to time updates in the changes of the modules.

 Handling all vessels operational for smooth turn around for minimizing costs to vessel's owners/charterers. Liaison / communication channel desk with all charterers, importers, exporters and vessel's owners for business solicitation for appointment as agents for their loading / discharging cargo operations.Training: -• 2 months training in vessel broking / chartering – Dry Cargo & Tanker.• 6 months extensive port training at West Coast Of India – covering major Gujarat ports – Kandla, Vadinar, Sikka, Mundra, Okha, Jamnagar, Viraval, & Alang.
