Distinguished Scientist (Executive Director)
Current- Leads, coordinates, and oversees critical strategic initiatives and project teams for the department affecting change on a broad scale.- Independently identifies and anticipates technical or other potential problems arising in the conduct and analysis of clinical trials, proposes solutions and carries them out.- Coaches and mentors staff members on complex programming, clinical trial issues, and strategic work.- Supports projects through interactions with functional leaders, corporate partners, and consultants. - Member of the Statistical Programming Leadership Team.- Leads research activities for the programming application of innovative statistical methods and in clinical trial development.- Active in relevant industry initiatives including Statistical Computing Environment (SCE) to influence and advise internal decision making.
