Working as a Business Operations Lead for KP Digital. Currently leading the reporting team for my group. One of the primary responsibility is handling different Statement of Work for the team it includes working with a lot of vendors like TCS, Cognizant, HCL, Accenture to create SOW's like Managed Teams, Managed Services for the department. Currently handling 800 resources and maintaining their access so they can perform their work. Working with senior management regarding their needs and then translate that in to a requirement and send it to the vendor for a quote. Creating Request for Proposal documents which detail the work to be done and work with the vendor's to create a SOW. Also responsible for tracking the budget for these SOW's and also tracking the spend against these budgets. Creating reports using Power Bi and excel tools to report to the VP and the CTO. Also responsible for doing a lot data analysis for the contracts which are currently in play and see if there is an opportunity for savings in these contracts. Creating multiple reports which is used on a monthly basis for taking business decisions.

 Performing Data Analysis and creating reports on 14 measures for P4P bonus calculation for Physicians.  Creating adhoc reports using Cognos 8.4. Also migrating Cognos 7 reports to 8.4

Working as an Analyst on the Customer Hub data integration (CDI) solution that enables organizations to centralize information and create a single view of customer information that can be leveraged across all departments and systems. Communicating with the development team in India and providing them with technical documentation about the reports to be created for the project.Analyzing the data on the reports and provide feedback to the developers about the logic to be programmed in the reports.Writing SQL queries to validate the data which shows up on the report.Interacting with other department leads to get the system in place for our project to complete on time.Interacting with the business users and appraise them about the reports and document their feedback.

Working on enterprise wide client reporting using SQL Server Reporting Services and creating a Data Mart from the Data Warehouse to stage the data for these reports.
