I believe in 'God in details'...## And now i am work in leela hotels and resorts.- Operation and maintenance of all engineering system-New innovation and energy conservation practices-Preventive maintenance of rooms, public area, back of the house and machinery ( plant, kitchen, Laundry)-Annual and semi- annual testing of all critical equipment as per schedule- Quick corrective action for Breakdown- New project and equipment installation-Enginnering( safety,administration, testing,electrical)and hygiene audits( ISO, HACCP)-AMC management- Monitor and maintain Fire life safety system- Risk management- Vendor Management- Inventory management and control-Bill verification as per work quantity- BOQ preparation and cost analysis as per required work- Monitor HLP and corrective action to control it- Help in Preparing Capex , R&M Budget- Practical training to employees as per schedule-Monitor and maintain department related cost-Renovation and Project- Oversee the general maintenance of building and all life safety system through out the hotel- Deployment of manpower according to work requirement-Guest complaint analysis and corrective action to reduce the same
