Assisting front office , Handling guest complain and meet regularly with upper management to stay up-to- date with organizational changes, issues and improvements.

Receiving guests in professional and friendly manner, exceeding guest expectation from arrival through to departuremaintaining effective communication with all related department to ensure smooth service deliverymaintaining an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services.Maintaining awareness of guest profile through opera guest profile systemensuring that the guest luggage is carried from arrival point to room and from room to departure point on check out.Ensuring concierge desk and store room is clean tidy and well organized.Handling all messages, mail and packages for guests and employees, ensuring they are delivered at the appropriate time in a professional manner.

Conducting patrolling around the premises to ensure all the offices are locked and all the fire, life and safety equipment's are in their respective places and are in working condition.Handling telephone calls from the guests, colleagues and Civil defense and providing them feedback accordingly.Preparing Incident reports of all the accidents and injury to guest, employees and damaged property.Receiving lost and found items from housekeeping colleagues and keeping in proper record.Assisting all the guests, visitors and colleagues in case they need any safety and security related help.Comply with hotel SOP and procedures for security and loss prevention department at all time.Create a right environment for the guest as they can feel safe to stay in our hotel. Controlling access to the main guest lifts, preventing unauthorized visitors going to the rooms and interacting with the guests’ requirements.Ensuring that all fire exit doors are kept free of blockages at all times and also kept fire and safety equipment are in right places.Monitoring surveillance cameras, fire alarm panel & panic alarm systems.Always act with all fire alarms as a real fire.Check the property both in and out on daily basis for any damage or any incident.Controlling the traffic in the hotel public areas.Attend the safety and security, customers care training conducted by hotel. Assisting the local authority as per the departmental required.
