Current• Installing and configuring computer systems and applications as per user specifications and requirements• Setting up and customizing computer systems and applications according to user preferences• Troubleshooting hardware components and replacing them to enhance system performance• Repairing equipment and replacing faulty components to maintain optimal functionality• Diagnosing and rectifying issues related to login and authentication in the Active Directory environment• Adhering to Azure's best practices to maintain compliance and protect sensitive data• Providing hassle-free integration and user access to applications on managed devices• Addressing issues such as backup failures and storage constraints through the utilization of Windows Backup• Enhancing problem-solving efficiency through cross-system and cross-tool collaboration• Setting up and managing workflows, user access, and reporting functionalities within the ticketing system• Efficiently handling DHCP server configuration, IP address assignment, and address lease management• Accurately diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues associated with TCP/IP configurations• Offering technical assistance to employees, clients, and end-users utilizing multiple communication channels• Establishing synchronization between on-premises AD and Azure AD for streamlined user resource management
