DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Prepares staff file prior to arrival.• Maintains all hard copies of colleague files as per standard• Responsible for updating all new hire details in the payroll system• Prepares letters, and other documents requested by colleagues• Consistently monitor staff cafeteria and transportation• Sends announcements related to the staff, memos and activity reminders.• Assist in the entire recruitment process including shortlisting of candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and on boarding.• Prepares HR related reports required by the higher management• Arranging for new visas medical for new employees and as well as for the renewal cases.• Handling the release & submission of Passports of all the employees.• Processing of Payroll for all the employees through TAS (Time & Attendance System)• Providing the necessary documents required for Insurance Claim (Site Accident expenses).• Allocation of Manpower to various sites on requirement.• Processing of Leave requests & Leave Salaries of the employees after approval from the authorized Signatory.• Preparation of Leave resumption report.• Handling of C3 Bank account procedures for all the skilled & unskilled employees.• Forwarding the various requests from the employees such as Loan, Visa Cancellation, and NOC letters to the Management and processing the same after approval.• Visa Cancellation related procedures (Cancellation Memo, Handing over of PP at Airport, Collection of Exit Document etc).• Arrangement of manpower transportation to various sites as required.• Arranging rental vehicles when required (Manpower transportation).• Arrangement of Pick up for Material Transportation to various Sites.• Responsible for the maintenance of all the vehicles (Buses & Pick Ups).• Responsible for Registration Card renewal of all the vehicles in Company’s name.

Maintaining Personal file of all the employees.Keeping a track of Visa, Labor Card & Passport validity of all the employees and forwarding the necessary documents to Head Office for renewal of the same when required.Arranging for new visas medical for new employees and as well as for the renewal cases.Handling the release & submission of Passports of all the employees.Processing of Leave requests & Leave Salaries of the employees after approval from the authorized Signatory.Preparation of Leave resumption report.Forwarding the various requests from the employees such as Loan, Visa Cancellation, and NOC letters to the Management and processing the same after approval.Visa Cancellation related procedures (Cancellation Memo, Handing over of PP at Airport, Collection of Exit Document etc).Receiving the request from site and office and arranging the transportation accordingly , dealing with suppliers and followup for the invoice . receiving the invoice from supplier verify and submitted to accounts. submit the monthly transportation cost to CEO.
