• Taken the responsibility of the quality inspection for the Inhouse Produced product(VFDS) and inhouse PCB production quality• Responsible for production quality assurance, operations qualification, managing labor, and handling quality issues, reducing 15% loading time by KAIZEN• Analyzed raw material inspection, in-process inspection, process control activity, scrap rates, and customer complaint levels recommended corrective actions to decrease process errors and several reported issues by 25%.• Created an entire document for Quality Procedure for the newly acquired transformer plant with the help of CFT members within 3 months which included the creation of SOPs, Control plan, inspection checklist for IQA, PQA and workmanship document • Spearheaded layered process audit initiative, resulting in a 25% reduction of the returned defective and leaking products by conducting an OOBA audit every month• Worked with PBA Production team to manage electronic BOMs of PCB and VFDs and provided a technical insight• Coordinated with engineering, Purchasing, and IQC team ondeveloping successful CAPA implemented across all reported issues.• Monitored the Production process and amend changes to the existing process which results in reducing the cycling time by 10 minutes and saving the production cost without compromising the product quality• Collaborated with a cross-functional team and vendors for localization of PCBs and conducted design verification, trial runs, and process validation and optimization with 100% on-time record• Close collaboration with IQA team and carried out calibration activity of all Measuring and testing instruments at the in-house manufacturing plant• Maintain and organize all records, documentation and other files associated with quality engineering and inspection tasks.• Monitored operations output and associated production standards• Soldering QC inspection as per IPC-A-610E standard• Verifying workstations & grounding as per ESD norms
