• Design engineer, responsible for undertaking tasks like preparation of design basis reports for major items like boiler, turbine, ACC, flue gas cleaning system, chimney• Preparation of Heat and mass balance diagrams to know power generation and power export, • Preparation of Water balance diagram of complete plant, Process flow and P&ID diagrams. • Design calculation and performance evaluation of various packages like boiler, turbine, air pollution control system etc• Basic design and detail engineering of various mechanical equipment like boiler turbine, ACC and Air pollution control system in power plant• Preparation of technical data sheets & Interaction with vendors for evaluation and selection of best technology for various packages in power plant.• Preparation of enquiry document for major items of power plant• Review of technical offers and Interaction with the vendors, vendor management and finalization• Selection and review of technology for various islands like boiler, flue gas cleaning system, water treatment plant etc• Basic design of fire fighting system for power plant.• Freezing of pre-processing scheme and preparation of technical data sheet for items involved.• Preparation of enquiry & vendor interaction for finalization of pre-processing system• Experience as Energy Engineer for developing of sustainable projects for energy efficiency improvement, creating energy performance action plan, investment grade detailed project report and analysis report • Involved in Energy audit of various textile, Automobile, forging, foundry and sheet metal industries
