Carrying out all types of operation in Tank Farm Management System (TFMS) such as inter-tank transfer, Sampling, Manual gauging, tank line up, Pump line up, Water Draining, Pump operations and other all routine field activities as per SOP. Gantry Operations like loading/unloading of Tank Trucks and Storage Tank line-up for loading and unloading of products. gantry Flow meter maintenance, DCV maintenance, troubleshooting of Gantry Operations.Carrying out Tank Truck inspection, calibration, branding and TT crew training. Hands-on experience with Control Room operations and Terminal Automation systems (AST) like Batch controllers for loading. Purpose, Tank farm management system (Radar Gauges) and operating of MOV's, ROSOV's. IMS (Sales & Distribution) and JDE applications used in HPCL for Load Building and dispatching of handling products. Preparing Day End report, Stock management and placing indents for Tank Wagon Rakes. Carrying out various Preventive maintenance operations of storage tanks (cone roof, floating roof, U/G Tanks), Centrifugal pumps, product pipeline, DG Sets, Transformer and all Valves. Maintenance of safety equipment's like Firefighting pumps & Engines, Hydrant line, Hydrant Monitor, Fire hose hydro testing, fire extinguisher & tank Sprinkler and foam pourer system. Looking after various equipment calibrations like - pressure gauge, lux meter, TSV, earth tester, HCD, Fall arrester, electrical mat, hand gloves.Monitoring on drawing of Storage tank samples and TT samples on a monthly and daily basis respectively.
