Human Resources Manager
Current• Responsible business partnering with 800+ employees in BFSI domain, across levels• Act as a HR advisor to business stake holders, sensitize the decisions w.r.t human resources• Central POC for driving organizational processes such as goal setting, mid-term reviews, performance management, performance improvement, normalisation etc. • Coordination with Policy team and Legal Team for legal opinions and practices. • Responsible for maintaining and improving employee connect thereby boosting employee engagement by running various kinds of programs in the organization• Planning and execution of Rewards and Recognition functions• Responsible for driving and tracking performance improvement plans (PDPs) for the individual employees within the group• Responsible for conducting team building workshops for the group with the aim of bringing down communication barriers within different levels in the group• Focus on building long-term, trusting relationships with internal clients and maintaining employee relations• Address employee queries and handle grievances the assigned group• Responsible for managing employee retention and controlling attrition within the group• Accountable for providing monthly reports on important metrics and related diagnostics to the respective business line.• Conduct exit interview for employees and record the details as appropriate for future reference.• Advocate the change and educate the business and employees w.r.t merits of transformation.• Conduct and facilitate the IJP process to promote the talent pool with-in the organization.• Conduct employee satisfaction survey and skip level meetings.• Manage a team of 2 resources as SME.Rewards & Recognition: Received spot awards and best BHR for good performance in the year 2014.Previous Responsibilities in Talent Acquisition Tea with TCS:• Responsible for entire end- to end hiring for BFSI and other domains
