Started my career in dell international then shifted my gears to Recruitments in a consulting firm worked for product based companies in fulfilling their open positions. Got an opportunity to work with GE Hyderabad then moved on to Seimens to be part of their journey to set up their COE team in Chennai. Joined TCS Bangalore in Talent Acquisition team ramp up two different units fulfilled about 3000 positions.Got opportunity to move into Business partnering role in 2013.I was involved in lot of process changes to set up the HR process in the units.
