Provide consultancy in agriculture and rural development research, training in participatory methodologies, gender issues, project development, monitoring and evaluations etc. Worked for ICRISAT, AME, Australian Agricultural Extension agency, UNDP, The Netherlands Embassy in India.

This was an NGO founded by me along with a few eminent scientists and scholars and experts in rural development in India. This was started as an intermediary organisation with the main purpose of linking farmers, NGOs and research organisations in order to make sure that men and women farmers needs, perspectives and requirements are heard and reflected in technology development that would help them increase their incomes and turn agriculture into a sustainable business.

Developing methodologies and participatory technology development in agriculture in South India, gender issues, networking with Technology developers, NGOs, input suppliers, policy makers etc.

Lead gender issues research in agriculture in India, conducted farmers' participatory research trials in an inclusive manner, conducted research, articulated and improved the visibility and participation of women farmers and farm women in agricultural technology development . Developed participatory women friendly methodologies to understand their problems,preferences, needs and decision making processes in farm households
