As a Senior Associate at Innosight, I help clients with growth strategy and innovation challenges. I have worked with energy, industrial automation, and healthcare clients, and have been championing greater engagement on sustainability topics. My true passion lies in enabling a sustainable, healthy, equitable, and just future by redefining how we do business today.My experience working at Unilever and GFI has demonstrated to me that there are alternative models where people, planet, and profits can align so businesses operate within the planetary boundaries and solve real social problems. I believe innovation is key to identifying and adopting these alternative models. This is why I pursued an MBA from Yale School of Management, where I proactively engaged in coursework and independent projects on social entrepreneurship, public health, sustainability, and innovation. During my MBA, I tested the corporate sustainability role through my internship at Restaurant Brands International, where I carried out business case development and financial analysis of select corporate sustainability initiatives to help achieve their net-zero goals. The experience clarified to me the critical role of systemic change and incorporating a long-term multistakeholder-centric value-creation approach to business - without which our efforts to mitigate climate change and solve emerging social problems will remain incremental. I dabbled with the thesis of long-term value creation for multiple stakeholders (employees, community, society, government, and investors) through my work as a research assistant in the Y-SIM. I am keen to continue exploring this topic and gather professional experiences that can inform responsible business models of the future
