The project has been developed on Dot Net Technology with SQL server at the backend and is on Real Estate Domain.Responsibilities:Created the Test Strategy, Test plan for the product The Test Strategy covers right from Unit Testing to UAT, which also includes, Usability Testing, Performance Testing, Data Migration Testing, Installation Testing, and Documentation Testing. Managed the team of 15 resources at two different geographical locations. Project Name: Flashline ImplementationThis is a small Implementation project in Logistics Domain for the DHL client. The project involved the Implementation of Flashline product into their system for the asset management. Responsibilities:Collect the requirements pertaining to the consolidation of the assets that can be categorized as fully, partially reusable and cannot be reused. Using the Flashline Tool maintain the list o the assets based on the categorization and provide access such that they have been reused as required. The project also involves defining the process of the Development of the new methods. The objective of this implementation is to increase the reusability thus reducing the Development and testing efforts.

Taken over the project when the coding phase is near completion. The Unit testing, Integration Testing and Change Requests Implementation were in progress. Project Name: Testing a CRM products of multiple versions @ Aspect Communications US The projects were of multiple versions, one version is on the testing the enhancements to the product that is already in production and the other on the new development.Responsibilities: Managed a team size of 6 (onsite) and a team of 18 (offshore) Activities encompassing creation of test plan, schedule, tracking, ensuring the creation of test procedures, test tools, automation of test cases and execution of test cases and reporting the defects into Clear Quest (the defect tracking system).First six months managed at onsite and then managed a larger team from onshore for the next nine months.

As Quality Auditor the responsibilities includeStudy and comprehendy the CMM processes and contribute to the identification of the gaps.Define and Improve the Quality processes based on the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) from CMU.Perform Periodical Quality Audits on the Live projects and generate Audit reports and suggest improvements.
