) Responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing, screening, selection, hiring and negotiation to post offer follow up. 2) Mapping the right talent using various portals like Naukri, Monster, Social Networks and reference.3) Screening candidates according to the company requirement. 4) Screening the candidates on different parameters like resume, communication, and technologies.5) Explain about the place of work and salary package which applies to the role. 6) Extracting resumes from different job portals by using different search string and cold calling and Continuous follow-up till their joining.7) Collects feedback from interviewers and informing the candidates on the same.8) Maintaining healthy HR relationships with candidates from their hiring till separation and post separation as well.Negotiating with candidates in terms of salary and Notice period.9) Performing extensive recruitment for all the positions from junior to senior level.10) Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly report relating to interviews, selection and Pipelines and maintaining an active database of candidates.11) Coordinating daily walk-ins’ and mega drives.12) Job Postings & Mass Mailing on different job sites.
