➢ Material requirement Planning, scheduling, sourcing, and quality procurement & purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors.➢ Coordination with suppliers for floating enquiries, collection of offers, follow up for technical evaluation, OA, delivery schedules & clarifications.➢ Preparing Request for Quotation to the suppliers using SAP and floating the same to the vendors through SRM (Supplier Relationship Management/E-Procurement).➢ Quality Procurement of a vast range of items viz. Electronic Components: Both indigenous and imported. Mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies, Raw Material and castings, electronic equipment’s.➢ Actively contributes to cooperation with all other parties involved passing on all relevant information to improve the flow of material and value through the supply chain.➢ Ensure materials are purchased at or below the budget / standard cost to drive material savings and enhance the as booked gross margins on our projects.➢ Ensure there is no line stoppage and parts are available on time for production & escalate theissue on time to management.➢ Handle shipments with the freight forwarder and ensure that all shipping documents, bill of loading, certificate of origin, etc. Are correct for smooth movement of materials.➢ Responsible for Attending meeting and updating to team on delivery status.➢ Improve working capital by extending payment terms and procuring materials Just In Time(JIT) to meet project requirement.➢ Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, and best prices, ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements &expectations

➢ Analysis and study of various process- Create routing, understanding & generation of routine of assembly process, time study, method study & Cost estimation analysis of items (ABC analysis).➢ Integrated the function of Logistics, Inventory, and warehouse management & Stores.➢ Material Requirement Planning (MRP run), study of bill of material.➢ Creation of Production Orders, Order confirmations, Store requests, notifications, GRetc.➢ Create Reservations, STPR, and CMR.➢ Clearing shortages prior to DD of projects.➢ Preparation of audit reports (AS & EMS) and maintenance of 5’S’ in floor area.➢ Follow-up with the various department, Regular checking of the progress of work & make some flexible plans to tackle the problem.➢ Assist in making documentation support for defense projects like Military Communication, Naval Systems, Weapon Systems, Missile Systems, MilitaryRadars, Traffic Signals, EVM Etc.➢ Making use of tools such as SAP (MM module), SRM E-procurement, MS office, and outlook.
