Sales Invoice creation as per the order received from HO Arrange transport and ensure correct documentation for domestic deliveries. Delivery time vs Standard Transit time analysis. Track the in-transit delays and take corrective action for their closure. Verification of Primary Freight bills of Transporter /Cargo  Ensuring physical distribution of the material to the stock points i.e. movement of the material from Warehouse to all CFA in India. Take charge of the activities of receiving, storing & distribution of materials in Warehouse as per the stacking norms. Reviewing invoices, confirming reports and monitoring the distribution of materials.  Maintaining checking of packing/ re packing/ housekeeping etc Monitoring of Physical Checking of STN's - Returnable Stocks from CFA Destruction of goods after physical checking and matching. Monitoring for E way bill filling  Dispatch control, Acknowledgments from CFA Monitoring of Incoming and Outgoing Records. Attending All Q.A.
