Has over twenty five years of experience in implementing Quality Management systems across Manufacturing, ERP Development and Telecom software Industry, Managed services & Embedded systems ( Automotive & Medical).I moved from ERP Development to Quality Assurance and this gives me a well rounded perspective for rolling out innovative Software Engineering & Quality processes. Have led all the key Quality initiatives of Aricent - CMMI, TL9000, Best practice events and other such initiatives' have lead the Quality Integration of 4 different organizations which got merged into Aricent and got the Integrated system assessed to CMMI L5 & TL 9000 Certifications.
