Additionally, I also have the responsibility of few third-party products which IonIdea deals in. By applying our 4E (Explore, Envision, Examine and Embark) service packages, my team and I help our customers identify opportunities for increasing business competitiveness, velocity, agility, efficiencies, productivity, quality, revenues, and profits; as well as for reducing labour, costs, and time-to-market. By implementing our I2I (Impress, Showcase, Primetime, Scrutinize, Orchestrate, Hawkeye, Educate and Inscribe) service packages, we help our customers successfully implement, monitor and support opportunities identified for business transformation through process redesign and the application technology accelerators.

Head Global Resource Management

As part of the senior management, I was managing the corporate IT of the company which included Application services including Oracle EBS development, implementation and maintenance, IT infrastructure, IT security, IT networks, IT strategy and roadmap, IT procurement, Policies and procedures, Compliance and Audit, Vendor management, Partnership and Alliances. Additionally, I also had the responsibility of heading the QMS team.

Holding P&L responsibility for Oracle Practice which includes EBS, SOA and Managed Services practices. Growing the practice to large business unit with in the Enterprise Service Group of BCT is my prime responsibility, offering latest business solutions for customers in US, Middle east and APAC region including the Fusion Middle-ware and cloud offerings
