Responsibility of FI and anylisis of customer compliants Preparation of quality assurance plan (QAP) for the process and product for different customers as per customer requirements in line with ISO/IEC/IEEE standards. Carrying out vendor audit regularly to improve product quality and to give input for process improvements. Working with vendor to achieve zero rejection. Reduction of manpower (30%) in inspection of incoming materials activities by developing by vendor self-inspection /by doing vendor quality audit / implement dynamic modification rule for all components based on their criticality. Carrying out system and process audit in vendor works like fabrication, powder coating, and panel assembly and wiring assembly. Implement sampling plan for all incoming materials based on criticality, lot acceptance history & AQL. Familiar in enterprises resource planning – SAP in QM module. And activity participated to implement sampling plan &rejecting line non conformances in QM module. Problem solving using QC tools/8D analysis/4Q/FMEA for line compliance, customer complaints and component rejection at vendor works. Involved during customer inspection for ensuring and showing of dimensions, paint thickness, paint adhesion test etc.  Maintaining documentation like Job cards and cubicle inspection reports for global design panels, Standalone panels and solar panel as per ISO 9001 for Final inspection. Production/Engineering/Testing and Design first pass yield review and action plan on regular bases. Getting Customer feedback and gap analysis for improvement. Active involvement in solving the customer complaints. Carried out paint thickness, adhesion test and RAL shade test.
