This involved tasking, monitoring and review.As a logical extension of this task I had to make sure, that the recruiters were process compliant, adopted good work habits, ensured proper data uploads & implemented the applicant tracking system in the letter & spirit that it was designed to.The implementation of the applicant tracking system meant that there was a considerable activity which involved passing the feedback from the recruiters to the developers both in terms of enhancements, improvements & reporting of bugs.This in turn resulted in an opportunity to work closely with the development team as the products evolved.
