Construction Ehs Lead
Current-Develop, implement and maintain EHS programs and policies for construction sites.-Conduct EHS audits, inspections and investigations to identify risks and hazards and recommend corrective actions.- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to EHS.- Develop and deliver EHS training to site personnel.- Conduct & Review risk assessments and support in developing safety management plans including Lifting , Confined Space ,,,etc.- Manage incident reporting and investigation processes and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.- Provide guidance and support to site teams in the identification and resolution of EHS issues.- Monitor and report EHS performance metrics to management and stakeholders.- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and other relevant stakeholders.- Stay up-to-date with emerging EHS trends, regulations, and best practices.
