1-Design, Development and testing of Odoo (OpenERP) modules, projects, products and interfaces.2-Testing of the developed/updated modules.3-Configuration, installation and maintenance of server and multi database Odoo/Ubuntu environments.4-Keeping different projects/versions under control using Git.5-Consistently create quality software that meets specific design and requirements on stated timelines.6-Enhance applications, develop and configure features and functionalities that support business requirements.7-Integrate Odoo with other web applications.8-Setup, maintain and monitor Odoo servers.

Main Duties:-Identification of comprehensive maintenance plan for all machines of the two factories in accordance with the manufacturer's maintenance manual and Company Standards.-Upgrade and modify the automation system of machines accordance with work requirements.-Liaise with equipment vendor, consultant and contractor on engineering drawings, calculations and quotations for procurement of new equipment, equipment spare parts, troubleshooting and repair as well as for the installation and improvement.-Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation for the two factories.-Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary. -Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations. -Reviews job orders to determine work priorities. -Directs maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply electric power, gas, or air required for operations. -Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards. -Plans, develops, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials. -Monitoring outside contractor’s repair work to ensure value for money. -Design and implementation of electrical, hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits for new machines made by our workshop.

Main Duties:-Implements a wide variety of engineering solutions to increase equipment availability, increase net operating rate, reduce operation losses, and achieve standard and acceptable production rates.-Development and implementation of scheduled maintenance programs and lubrication plans, overhauls, outages, inspections, draft tasks, instruction books, procedures, checklists, and emergency response programs.-Identification of comprehensive maintenance plan for all machines in accordance with the manufacturer maintenance manual and Company Standards.-Develop technical bid evaluations and make recommendations leading to the selection of vendors.-Handle the training of newly hired technicians and operators of the machine to ensure high quality of production.-Upgrade and modify the automation system of machines accordance with work requirements.-Carrying out electrical and mechanical corrective maintenance tasks according to manufacturer manuals and guidelines.-Coordination with the production department to reach the highest productivity in the shortest possible time.

Main Duties:• Provide technical support, field installation and troubleshooting.• Provide training of the persons who will operate the machine. • Maintenance and repair activities for the installed machines.• Fill up the specific maintenance activities documents.• Prepare spare parts and consumables that needed for the customer.• Participation and elaboration of commercial offers.
