• Study & Evaluating RFP Bid documents.• Prepare project BOQ’s.• Follow Tender schedule/Milestone (JEM Job Explanation meeting, Site Visits, Pre‐Bid Clarifications, Bid Bond, Bid Submission and Post‐Bid stage).• Preparing and Coordinates with the Tender team for Pre‐Bid clarifications and client responses.• Send RFQ’s to suppliers and Getting Offers for All items in BOQ’s.• Review and evaluate the received quotations from vendors.• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.• Prepare comparison sheet for vendors/subcontractors offers to make decision for pricing basis.• Engage in both Technical and Commercial Proposal Preparation to ensure alignment with the overall approach of the proposal.• Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information during the cost estimation process, including updates from (HR) department for salary adjustments in indirect cost calculations and the Planning and Cost Control department for cash flow calculations when needed and Contracting Department as well.• Validate and ensure adherence to pricing/terms and conditions in contracts during the offer stage.• Foster relationships and communication with internal customers, external suppliers, and vendors, managing daily correspondence related to quantities, costs, and specifications.• Ensuring a comprehensive handover of tenders won.• Oversee the liaison process with the Procurement department to gather information about material’s prices based on the latest purchase orders and seek advice and feedback regarding potential subcontractors.• Review final proposal document versions to ensure alignment with RFP requirements, accuracy, and thoroughness.• Maintain a database of past tenders and outcomes for future reference.Works: Participate in a lot of Tendering works such as (Smart ARMU, ADMS Project, STATCOM ±150MVAR at NEOM MOUNTAIN, DRPC at SHARORAH 380KV BSP, Wadi Arada 132KV S/S & 132KV OHTL, Nariyah IPP 380 BSP, 380KV OHTL HMJ-PV to MDN & SLM...etc.).
