I have extensive experience in the maintenance, programming, and installation of complex machinery, particularly in the printing industry. Currently, I work as a Technical Support Engineer at Superior Printing Supplies, where I support high-performance machines from partners like Koenig & Bauer, Komfi, Vulcan, and Suba. My role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimizing machinery to ensure seamless operation and maximum uptime for our clients.In addition to my current role, I gained valuable experience during an internship at Pharma International Company, where I learned about Building Management Systems and the pharmaceutical production process. I also supervised the installation of Koenig & Bauer Rapida 106 machines at Feras Printing Press and the Saudi Jordanian Industry Co., ensuring that the machines met all performance and safety standards.I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Mutah University with a "Very Good" grade. I have completed training in Revit, AutoCAD, MATLAB, and specialized courses in printing offset technology and electrical programming for Rapida machines at the Koenig & Bauer factory in Germany. I am proficient in Arabic, English, and German (with certifications from the Goethe-Institut).
