Helping Students and Faculty reach their goals as it pertains to the successful understanding and utilization of technology within the academic space.Manage a team of Digital Skills professionals who are constantly reevaluating and refining technical skills knowledge delivery to students, staff, and faculty.Manage the operations and digital marketing of the Digital Creativity Centre and Makerspace within Mohawk College's Fennell Campus where students can congregate, grow, and collaborate in a student centered environment; including our newly installed computer lab where students can use and see first hand the impact of digital creative and creator technology for both academic and personal projects.Achievements:Digital Skills: Led the implementation of ZenDesk ticket management and knowledge base software. Successfully integrated this solution to allow for better service delivery and reduced SLA timelines. Digital Creativity Centre (DCC): Redefined the DCC into a more technology friendly space, with the implementation of scheduling software (Skedda), podcast and streaming studio, technology focused boardroom and a state of the art computer lab. Personally created the vision, secured the funding, oversaw construction and implementation of the computer lab while also pushing new programming (Sept ‘24).Makerspace (MS): Expanded the MS out of the DCC into a new location, secured machine donations from exterior partners, oversaw renovations to the space, implemented new programming, sought out and had investment from other program areas to create new curriculum integration within the space.
