Hello! 👋I’m Ramadhan Munthe, a mining engineering student who is passionate about energy sustainability and environmental issues. I want to work in the mining industry or in an industry engaged in the energy sector where I can apply my skills and knowledge to create positive impacts.Here are some of the things that I have done or achieved so far:- I was selected as a finalist for the 2020 North Sumatra Student Language Ambassador, where I demonstrated my public speaking and communication skills.- I participated in various communities and off-campus programs that helped me improve my soft skills, such as Berucap.id (a public speaking community), Evator (an environmental community), and Pemimpin.id (a leadership community).- I became one of the Eco Young Consultants in Evator, A 3-month training program. Where I learned about environmental consulting and project management.- I was selected to be one of an awardee of a leadership training scholarship program made by Pemimpin.id, The program name is Lead.id batch 01, where i learned about leadership and self-regulation.- I also became a facilitator in Lead.id batch 02, where I mentored and guided other participants in their leadership development journey.I have a desire to go abroad and have new experiences and meet new people.
