The Director of International Practice managed the operations; managed teams; and built the markets for PCG Polska, Sp.Zo.o in Warsaw and Lodz, Poland and PCG Academia, Rzeszow Poland, a higher education data management and strategic consulting firm. After launching PCG Advisory Services Ltd. London through acquisitions of Belvan, UK; System Associates Ltd. and Shop 4 Support Ltd. in 2014 those businesses were transitioned to the Technology Solutions Group in 2016. The PCG Education Practice integrated all K-12 related businesses into its practice area in 2014 after the businesses' initial launch in 2009. In May 2018, the Education Practice also assumed management of the higher education business. The Director of International Practice role also included advisory board membership of Librus, Sp.Zo.o Katowice, Poland and Management Board membership in PCG Academia. With the successful transition of all international businesses to US based PCG practice areas in May of 2018, the position was eliminated.Public Consulting Group is growing internationally by developing and supporting Education, Health Care, Higher Education, and Social Care initiatives at local, regional, and national levels.

This position involved client development, needs assessments, the hiring and management of trainers, curriculum design and training the trainer responsibilities. Client work focused on market deregulation, shift from centrally planned to open economies, defense conversion to commercial products, and the development of new health care models. Clients included governments and organizations from France, Cote D’Ivoire, Cameroon, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Russia, China, Tanzania, and Poland.

As a member of the executive team and reporting to the Vice Chancellor and COO this position provides strategic and tactical leadership to the enterprise which is a $500,000,000.00 plus strategic business unit of The University of Massachusetts Medical School. The role leads the HR services function and two business lines and provides business leadership across the enterprise and provides expert consultation to the CEO and COO on matters of human capital.
