In this role I develop blended, e-learning, micro-learning and face to face training resources. This involves working with Adobe Creative Apps as well as Articulate 360, primarily Storyline 360.

This role includes facilitating face to face workshops including:- MAPA Management of actual and potential aggression - Moving and handling- Supporting children and young peopleAlso includes assessing Level 3 Health and Wellbeing unit standards. I am part of the resource (eLearning and assessments) review team, and lead internal moderation for our assessors. In my role I have also contributed to the External, Evaluation and Review for New Zealand Qualifications Authority. Over the past 6 years I have come to understand stakeholder needs as well as compliance in the healthcare industry. MySkill is part of NZ Health Group, previously Healthcare of New Zealand Holdings Limited where I once worked within Learning and Development, before transitioning to a private training establishment.
