I am responsible for redeployment of people across projects and business units for very high growth verticals (BFSI, RCTG, BAS, A&IM). Have an individual team with every Business unit which reports to me and a central core team to define and refine people supply chain processes and get this implemented and drive change, bring about efficiencies and transformation towards a project based fulfillment approach. Optimizations of people supply chain and enhancing and driving new initiatives with speed up the process for effective fulfillment people to projects.

Position : Technical Manager, Computing, Industrial Automation, Semiconductor, Aerospace and Defense – Testing ServicesResponsibilities: Responsible for Business development for multiple projects in computing, semiconductors, Industrial automation, Aerospace and Defense Domain, Setting up of new Aerospace and defense Competency within WIPRO and ensuring that WIPRO Quality process modified to meet the requirements for Aerospace and Defense industries. To come up with new business models and solutions in above domains.

Responsibilities : Responsible for project delivery of new Server Design (Having different Hardware, Software, Firmware, Mechanical and testing team)Leading a team of 30+ engineers (Hardware, software (driver/Firmware/BIOS), Mechanical and testing (Validation)) and working with customers, procurement teams, manufacturing and certification agencies (EMI/EMC). Successfully completed Validation and Certification for worldwide launch. Executed Pilot of 150 numbers for reference customers and transferred to Mfg and provided support for the same for 6 months.

Responsibilities : Responsible for project delivery of Software/Hardware testing of drivers/BIOS, Server Management software, Hardware and software validation of Server DesignHandled multiple teams at multiple locations. Total team size of 20 engineers in multiple customer and wipro locations.

Responsibilities:Entire WIPRO range of products (Laptops, Desktops and Server Product Introduction: - Evaluation / Trainings / Support /Marketing support )Having a Team of 12 engineers working on the Latest technology (Intel based chipset motherboards) and ensuring that the products are tested and compliant to meet Indian conditions and validation for all the components and software which goes along with it. Getting the product to comply with different Standards (Windows Logo (WHQL), Novell Certified, SCO certified, DMTF, DMI …etc...).
