 Making whole site network cabling ready as per the guidelines of the Network manager. Setting up the Network Devices and Servers into network and server rack. Configured all the network devices under the guidance of network manager (Router and Switches). Troubleshooting and maintenance of all the network devices and servers. Monitoring all the network devices using the foglight application. Configured the individual vlans for each client and assigning the port accordingly. Managing system updates and Configuring network printers. Creating Domain user accounts, Configuring user profiles, Password reset, creating and managing of shared folders, giving Folder permissions. Maintaining the IT help desk to support around 350 desktops, IP Phones, network printer and scanner, 20-30 laptops, projectors(Hardware and software Installation, Troubleshooting, Maintaining, updating, configuring IP Phones, Network and Domain related issues). Responsibility includes co-ordinations with clients, incident management in case of domestic process outages. Involved in Outbound and Inbound call center process setup and maintenance of LAN (350 nodes). IP Phone configuration and troubleshooting. Installation, Administration and Maintenance of Antivirus server configured with McAfee e-policy Orchestrator.  Maintenance & troubleshooting of Email Clients like Microsoft Outlook for all executives. Preparing IT outage reports and maintenance of hardware and software and asset management. Providing remote support to other sites.
