He has extensive experience supporting Business Development and Proposals for new business pursuits in the biometric area in his prior assignments with Raytheon, Lockheed Martin and Fingermatix. He has presented and published technical papers in the Biometrics Technology area in many prestigious Conferences including Applied Imagery Pattern Recognition Workshop, NIST Biometric Quality Workshops, Biometric Consortium Conference and International Conference on Systems, Cybernetics & Informatics.He has successfully demonstrated his leadership as the Subject Matter Expert in Biometrics area on the Department of Homeland Security’s IDENT/US-VISIT program for over 15 years. Prior to his assignment with Department of Homeland Security’s IDENT program, Dr. Krishnan was employed at two leading biometric technology companies serving as Vice President of Engineering in these two companies managing the development of company’s leading edge state of the art fingerprint identification systems for use in both commercial and law enforcement applications.
