Working as a consultant for commissioning of polyester plant in Iran and involved in development and training of Process engineers, Supervisor and operators for this plant.

1.Overseeing planning and complete production as per market plan, maintenance and quality in Fibre division.2 Managing recycling of polyester waste to fibre (from segregation of PET bottle scrap to fiber production).3 Dropping in to the customers mills and attending customer queries from Textile Industries in India.

Quality issues related to various Polyester Stable Fibre and Fibrefill products and take appropriate action plan to meet quality and yield target for the month and year as per budgeto Initiating trial for new product development in Quality and yield and to coordinate with other department: Production /Quality Control/Market Dept. for conducting trials and publishing report and commercialisation.o Trouble shooting in CP, Spinning and Drawline process and customer complaint analysis, action plan, design & development and monitoring.o Participation and implementing ISO and TQM.

1 Administering day-to-day activities for:o Production planning and control and smooth running of PSF spinning section, drawline section and Tow to Top section and reporting to Head of PSF plant.o Quality monitoring and process control in PSF plant.2 Engaged in developing 1.0 denier from existing 2100 Holes spinneret, re-use of pack materials for cost reduction. Increasing productivity in Tow to Top from 1.0 Tons/shift to 2.0 T/ shift. Reduction in steam consumption for annealer by introducing flash tank.3 Involved in machinery erection, pre-commissioning and commissioning of spinning and drawline of PSF plant (Dupont) 100 MT/Day.

1 Supervising day to day production, maintenance and quality of automatic weaving section (Ruti-C120). 2 Daily Quality checking and control on finished goods of weaving department.
