Co-Founder/Director of Ideosync Media Combine, an India-based non-profit working on communications for social change. I am also current the Associate Professor of Practice for Radio, Voice & Journalism, and Television at the Jindal School of Journalism & Communication, OP Jindal Global University, India.I am a highly motivated creative professional with extensive skillsets in a variety of development and C4SC related areas (strategy, media production, research, training). I specialize in planning, design and execution of integrated communication initiatives for multi-sectoral development programs, with special emphasis on issues of health, gender and sexuality, education and young people. I also undertake consultancies for strategic design, community media, participatory communication, and communication for development initiatives. I am a media trainer and a filmmaker; and have extensive experience across South, South-east and Central Asia region innovating for participatory communication structures for social change.
