By training, I am a mechanical engineer from National Institute of Technology,Calicut,India. I started my career with Denison Hydraulics India ltd at their Patancheru Plant. Denison is in the business of manufacturing Hydraulic equipment & supplying equipment as OEMs. My last position held at Denison was Regional Sales Manager for South Zone.I went on to assume responsibility as Executive director,NATCO Pharma Ltd & took the company from a mere 50 people to 2500 people and revenue of $60,000 to $75,000,000 per annum. I was also involved in the overall management as part of the charter team.In 1998, I promoted WORLDTECH a Healthcare BPO offering Medical Documentation and Allied Services. At WORLDTECH, we developed software products like EMR and Medical Document Management applications. WORLDTECH employed around 500 people at its facilities at Hyderabad and Kolkata.In 2007,I promoted the DOCTUS group of companies with a business focus of Claims processing, Adjudication,Medical Coding and Billing,Indexing,Data mining,EMR management and Medical record summarization and Medical records review and Medical Transcription.The DOCTUS group also started a Rural BPO in the village where I was born and have been educated and it is functioning with 200 people now.We have now group strength of 750 peopleIn July 2008, I promoted another IT Development company called Tech O2 India Pvt Ltd, a joint venture with TechO2 Inc USA. This company is mainly in the business of IT solutions .WORLDTECH was acquired by US based Corporation Imedx in 2009. After the WORLDTECH transition to Imedx, I acquired a US-based Medical billing company called Max Medical Systems and am now in the process of building it into a one-stop solution for Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.My most recent venture explores aerial oblique imagery, using satellite images to generate floor plans and layouts.We are also in to IT infrastructure management, both onsite and offsite.
