-Have a proficiency in working with global accounts including the North American, European region & across globe in Technology services .-Requirements gathering: To gather functional requirements specific to a software application (web and mobile application).-Overview of project development – Making sure of development team’s progress is in line with the requirement by having frequent meetings with the development and testing leads.- Provide periodic updates on progress to the client /work on client feedback and make sure make they are in agreement with the solution and design.

- Understand SLAs and ascertain project cost.- Deliver project objectives within scope, schedule, cost, and quality to stakeholders.- Coordinate with development team and clients.
