I am found looking for process improvements in Agile as this has provided me with a great sense of product ownership when the teams hurdles reduce, with a little nudge to the direction, all the discussions and the set working expectations, seem to make it worthwhile.It has been 20+ years spearheading projects working closely from client requirements, to client UAT deployment, release planning to communicate project status tracking, risks and release documentation. I have loved review during PRD walk throughs, flow charts, algorithms, code and UI reviews, product demos to clients on web app, Figma design, Mobile Data Terminal and iOS mobile right from vendor selection, Bill of Materials, bidding, team member campus recruitment to vendor / client contract closure.I have worked as Scrum Master ensuring the sprint ceremonies meetings happen on time, the updates are received.
