With over 18 years of experience in the financial services and wealth management industry, I am currently the Regional Head of Retail Sales in South India at Cholamandalam Securities Limited, a leading brokerage firm. In this role, I oversee the sales strategy, operations, and performance of a team of over 100 relationship managers, who cater to the financial and wealth needs of Retail,affluent and high net worth clients across the region. I leverage my MBA in Marketing and Finance, as well as my skills in investment advisory, wealth broking, and customer relationship management, to deliver optimal solutions and services to our clients, and to achieve and exceed the sales targets and revenue goals of the organization. Prior to joining Cholamandalam Securities, I worked as the Regional Head of Affluent and the Cluster Relationship Leader at YES Securities, where I was responsible for managing and growing the affluent segment of the business, and for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and partners. I am passionate about providing value-added and customized financial and wealth advice to my clients, and about leading and empowering my team to excel in their roles.
