Planning of procurement activities as per the Sales & Operation Plan/production planning.✓ Extracting specifications/drawings from BOM & study the specification prior to float enquires. ✓ Floating enquiries to approved suppliers & obtain offer.✓ Preparation of techno commercial comparison, negotiation with suppliers, finalization of the purchase order.✓ Preparation of purchase order, coordination with supplier for order acceptance, drawing approval and manufacturing clearance.✓ Interact with NPD teams to ensure suppliers are involved in development , review and design for manufacturability.✓ Monitoring of manufacturing activities, expediting with suppliers for timely delivery of material.✓ Follow up with accounts department for purchase bill accounts & supplier payments.✓ Leading core assembly and wind team. Periodically reviewing with team members on their deliverables.✓ Active role player in the preparation of Schedule for the Planning activities dedicated team. Weekly review with PCP & Production Team to achieve Organization objectives.✓ Arrange vehicle shipments in various parts in different locations. ✓ Day to today follow up with many consignment follow up verity of parts.
