I am working here as an intern till 4 July and have gained the experience with following: Working on IT Help Desk to answer the client’s queries and resolve issues. Managing, creating and modifying the accounts of client’s as required in active directory. Enable and modify user accounts in Skype for Business server. Experience with the IT ticketing system ConnectWise. Maintain IT Hardware asset register and setup of staff hardware including laptops and mobile phones with required software and configurations. Global administrator within Office 365 admin portal to perform tasks such as: Assignment of user licences, SharePoint, Project online, Visio etc.
