JOB PROFILE: -Perform the following duties using Revit MEP: - Preparation of 3D modeling of all type of building services (mainly in mechanical, but as well as Plumbing and electrical also) Preparation of MEP Co-ordination of all type of building services. Preparation of space planning and routing for all HVAC services (AC ducting layout for supply and return, ventilation, Chilled water supply and return, schematic diagram, Plant room layout, VRV piping layout, Ducting Single line diagram). Preparation of builders works as per site requirements based on consultant drawings. Preparation of as built drawings for record purposes. Preparation of the drawings, maintaining the cad standards and color codes based on consultant guidelines.  Set up a project using different templates, link Revit models, share projects using work sets, define discipline setting, and import and edit drawing details. Manage the different views and customize their properties, control the visibility and appearance of elements in different views and work the section, elevation and 3D views. Work with callout, details and drafting views. Work with text and tags, dimensions, legends and schedules. Creating of Revit family’s & title block to a sheet, update to a sheet, update the project information in a title block, and work with sheets.  Monitor changes in files of other disciplines linked to Revit MEP and check and fix interference conditions. Taking scheduling and quantity from the model. Ability to export REVIT model to Navisworks for coordinated clash studies between trades. Identifying the interferences between different services, rerouting as per the other services with the Architectural/Structural plan and generating the sections as requiredPerform the following duties using AutoCAD: - Preparation of AutoCAD layouts Preparation of MEP shop drawings, sections & detail drawings. Preparation of MEP Co-ordination layouts, sections, & detail drawings. Preparation of Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) drawings & Coordinate with other services. Prepare MEP Slab, Beams, Walls, Core walls, retaining walls opening Builders Work Drawings.  Preparation of AS BUILT drawing as per the site survey information for future maintenance.
