My main role was to facilitate the tutorial sessions; hold weekly office hours; grade homework, programming assignments, exams and projects and maintain records. As a team, our prime objective was to enhance the learning experience of the students taking the course.

As an assistant, I was responsible to assist the Centre Director in managing the HR work along with the other administrative tasks, as per requirement. At Aakash Institute- Jamshedpur franchise, I learned the working and structure of a big corporation. This experience helped me to learn more about the Organisational culture and good work ethics. As part of UCD's involvement in the All Aboard Digital Skills in Higher Education national project, UCD Student Digital Ambassadors initiative was launched. This initiative aimed to provide students with the skills necessary for learning and working in a digital environment.As a Student Ambassador, my role was(1) to reflect my digital skills, and how the application of these digital skills may vary in personal, professional and social contexts.(2) to promote the student voice and support communication between students and staff about their digital learning needs.(3) to contribute to enhancing the student digital learning environment and experience in UCD and beyond.

As an assistant, I was assigned the task to study and understand the company's ERP system "Aakash Leap" and give tutorials and training to new staff members. I also worked in the Human Resource department where I learned the process, techniques and management which oversees the various aspects of employment and recruitment.

As an ambassador, I was responsible for promoting HousingAnywhere.com in University College Dublin.My target was to increase the supply of rooms on HousingAnywhere.com, by promoting the platform to the outbound exchange and internship students at my university. Other tasks were to maintain relations with local partners and Student Associations present in the city, expand connections with officials at the International office of the University, organise events to promote the business and be the local representative of the company.

I worked on a project "Survey Management". My task was to develop a web-enabled application which empowers the development, distributing and analysis of survey forms to improve communication, process management, and decision support across the organization.
