• Setting up a relocated 6MMTPA refinery near Cuddalore in Tamil Nadu, India. PMC is ABB Lummus and on site consultant for EPC Packages of Captive Power Plant and assorted Utilities and Refurbishment of instruments and control valves is Uhde India Limited.• Involved in project management, vendor evaluation, technocommercial bid evaluation of EPC packages for Captive Power Plant, assorted Utilities and Refurbishment and budgeting. Handling of these EPC packages involves contracts spec review, review meetings with vendors and Uhde on conformance to specifications as per EPC project requirements; evaluation of vendors competencies w.r.to technocommercial criteria; work out budget assessments for these EPC contracts and prepare presentations for management.• Worked out plans for Satellite Buildings to cut down cabling costs to the tune of around Rs. 20 million.• Involved in dismantling of Mobil refinery located at Woerth, Germany.• Technical evaluation of DCS for the refinery complex

• Maintained instrumentation and control systems pertaining to Captive Power Plants and assorted Utilities.• I have been involved in sizing and installation of open channel raw water flow measuring instrument at the intake structure in NFCL. The raw water flows to plant site by gravity from a reservoir located 20 km away near Samalkot.• I have developed a device based on pitot tube principle in order to measure on line conductivity in Demineralized Water Plant in NFCL. This is done to eliminate wastage of sampling water.
