My passion for financial markets, emerging technologies and above all, drive to work with people keeps me going.From being a first line manager of 120+ people over the years to building team of 25+ front line leaders, it has been a terrific learning experience. My role has evolved from building market data products to building robust & inclusive teams that deliver on strategic customer and business objectives. To that end, I invest time in connecting people, process and technology for the enablement of customer and business success. At present, I am leading Value Management Office (VMO), Data operations at S&P Global. We are responsible for driving value at scale by modernizing/maintaining business applications, supporting deployment of network, cloud solutions and leading projects to accelerate operational excellence. In totality, these initiatives empower over 5000+ users across the organization and helps us get to market faster.We are committed to creating scalable, simplified and synergized solutions for our global customers. I am continuosly learning new skills to challenge my fitness levels. Also, I am a trekking enthusiast and have covered five peaks in the Himalayas so far.
