Responsible for the programme management of the IS transformation projects portfolio.Raman recently delivered the Base Inventory and Warehouse Management Services (BIWMS) programme, a business change initiative for UK Ministry of Defence; through the retirement of a 40 year old legacy logistic IS system. This is a significant achievement as the MoD had previously made several attempts to complete this over the past twenty years, without success.
