In this position, I successfully managed the turnaround of a fundamentally flawed operation of a prior company. Within the first year of the turnaround, the company moved from the bottom 1% to the top 1% of the customer supply base of over 800 suppliers.Prior to this I was with the North American operations of a multinational multi location Swiss spring, wire form and machine equipment manufacturer. As their Quality Manager, we raised the bar to manage and maintain plant performance to near Six Sigma levels which saw customer PPMs dropping from 2450 to 0004 over a 2 year period.
