Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and accountable for working with the Group Management Committee and Board to set the platform wide Sustainability/ ESG aspiration and strategy across Real Estate Assets, Funds and Infrastructure for Dexus.

Responsible for the development of IAG's Shared Value and Sustainability Strategy. This includes prioritisation of areas of focus, development of shared value aspiration and the establishment of tangible measures of success. Critical enablers for delivery of the strategy include a focus on employee engagement, compelling communications and the embedding of a shared value culture through appropriate Governance mechanisms and links to performance and reward.

National Sustainability Manager at Stockland, a leading diversified property group in Australia, and have responsibility for sustainability strategy development and implementation across the organisation, including Commercial Property (Retail, Industrial and Office), Residential and Retirement Living operations.

Head of the Vodafone Australia Foundation and managed a team that reported to the Foundation Board of Directors. This included responsibility for managing a $3.5m budget, strategy development, communications plans and campaign development, programs, partners and employee engagement

Established the Corporate Responsibility function for Vodafone Australia. This included getting Exco's first commitment to a sustainability strategy, along with accompanying programs, partnerships and targets. Built a team of social and environmental professionals and developed close alignment to the HR and people brand for the organisation. Published the first Vodafone Australia Corporate Responsibility Reports along with regular reporting to Exco and the Vodafone Australia Foundation Board.

I completed a 3 month secondment with Vodafone Group in 2005 and a 11 month stint in 2006 as the Group Environment Manager. I had responsibility for devising and advocating strategy for Vodafone’s global environmental initiatives and for the data collection and verification process. This included representing Vodafone in multi-stakeholder engagement activities including:o Corporate Leaders Group on climate changeo UNEP Basel Convention - transboundary movement of hazardous wasteo European Commission - Integrated Product Policy for mobile phoneso Global e-sustainability initiatives on climate change, supply chain management and handset recyclingResponsible for detailed briefings of the global Corporate Affairs Director on environmental policy and initiatives and involved in the research of reputation drivers for Vodafone globally.Completed Local Operating Company reviews and audits in Germany, Japan and Romania and founded the Global Energy and Climate Change Team for Vodafone (supporting the Director for Networks globally on the management of the team). Established a similar global team for handset management.Facilitated the integration of Corporate Affairs and CR performance management into the CEO and Executive Committee Dashboard and into the regional assessment process.

I passed the senior project managers qualifications within PB in 2001 and was the Project Manager of some of the largest environmental assessment and management of infrastructure projects in Australia including:o Channel Deepening EIS, Victorian Government, Victorian Channels Authority, Melbourne Victoriao Recycled Water Pipeline Environmental Management Plan, Sydney Water, Sydney o Environmental impact assessment and management and environmental reporting for TransGrid transmission lines, NSW o Environmental Audits, CSIRO, Australia o Environmental Management System, Patrick Stevedores, Sydney NSWo Homebush Bay Remediation EIS
