Project: Makers District (Pixel project)Client: ImKanConsultant: Ramboll middle EastResponsibilities:• Ensuring the compliance of QAQC procedures in the site by the contractor.• Review of contractor shop drawings.• Review of contractor material submittals and method statements, subcontractor pre qualifications, test results etc.• Attend Work Inspection Requests, witness and verify that construction activities and execution are in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements and material submittals.• Record results of inspections, tests, work executed, etc.• Inspect materials delivered to site and confirm in accordance with approvals and correctly stored.• Observe site safety procedures, and notify contractor of any safety breaches.• Record progress of completed works for inclusion in monthly reports.• Review of “as-built” drawings. Prepare defects lists for inspected works and issue non-compliance reports for non-compliant works.• Provide regular information to management with regards to all site activities including progress, quality and health and safety issues.
