Fault Management Engineer· Fault management in 2G & 3G. Monitoring the functionality of Network in 24*7 Standards.· Monitoring/Escalation for all kind of BSC/RNC related alarms and Monitoring the Servers to provide 100% availability.· Co-ordination with various teams (TXN/NSS/OSS/CEN/IP/FOPS) ensuring planned activities by Respective teams· Technical support and guidance to field engineer.· Preparing Major Service Event report in case of any critical or major outage.· Ensuring all alarms to be cleared after any planned or unplanned activity· Updating the actions taken towards rectification of fault in Trouble Ticket.· Preparing of 24Hrs cell outage reports.· Real time monitoring of WBTS alarms, Fault analysis and Trouble shooting.· Alarm escalation and creating TT/Work orders to FOPS with SLA.· Some of Alarm Clearance in WBTS.
