Evaluating product batch records for conformity and any deviations. Assessing and managing any deviation during production. Eventual release of finished product to the assigned target market with complete specification assurance. Continuous improvement assessment and KPI reviewal.

Survey of production system that are looking to certify their site(s) and adopt a seal of quality for their produce. Participating in preliminary studies and project management regarding product traceability, accountability/labelling and aquaculture. Comprehensive understanding of quality systems development in line with EU commissions standards as well as the Swedish standards.

Specification Control (Packaging, tempature and sampling), Microbial assaying, traceability and sensory analysis.

• Part of the New product Development team.• Collating all information/forms regarding new packaging and internal administration.• Order ingredient samples and packaging samples as required• Daily GMP monitoring on site.• Organoleptic taste paneling and benchmarking and report submission to an agreed schedule.• Assist Quality systems manager with management of internal quality management tools.• Collate weekly ‘Key Performance Indicator’ reports and related administrative work.• Shelf life trial monitoring of all onsite produce and its database management. • Assist Technical Accounts Manager with external projects (process equipment training, augmentation, maintenence, new packaging material trials, quality control protocols)
